At Rogers Preferred Program, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted for products and services purchased through our program.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Products Eligible for Return:
- Devices and accessories must be returned in original, unopened, and unused condition, including all packaging and proof of purchase
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase or delivery date
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, e-vouchers, and promotional items
- Opened or used accessories and devices (unless defective)
3. Return Process
In-Store Purchases:
- Visit the store where the purchase was made
- Present your original receipt or valid proof of purchase
Online Purchases:
- Contact our support team at rpp@spicetelecom.ca or call 1-877-986-0008 to request a return authorization
- A return shipping label will be provided at no cost
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
4. Refunds
Method of Refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider (typically 7–10 business days)
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only permitted for defective products or if the wrong item was received
- Contact our support team to arrange for a replacement
6. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting customer support
- If the order has already shipped, a return will need to be initiated
Service Plan Cancellations:
- Must comply with Rogers’ service agreement policies
- Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement
7. Defective Products
- If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days of purchase or delivery
- We may require testing or verification of the issue prior to approving a refund or exchange
